""PAYMENTS""
1. 25% is due through PO upon acceptance of this quote
2. 25% at start of build
3. 25% due once build is 50% completed
4. balance due upon provided verification of build completion, either by buyer review or agreed upon third party.
*Milestone verification is on site buyer or buyer third party rep, or remote review of images and video.

""TAXES""
Tax: If sold in Colorado, sales tax will be included in the final milestone payment. If sold outside of Colorado, buyer is responsible for paying their state and local taxes.

""PRODUCT PICKUP / DELIVERY""
The buyer is responsible for arranging the pickup or delivery of their completed build within 60 days of its completion. Should the buyer require an extended holding period, they may arrange with the seller for storage. Such arrangements may incur storage costs, which the buyer will assume. The seller reserves the right to limit the duration of storage.

""COMPLETION DATE""
The project is expected to be completed in the month "TBD" +/-30 days from that time. This start date will be communicated to the buyer and set per the buyers needs and seller"s construction schedule availability. The completion date is a target and may be adjusted due to unforeseen events, commonly known as "acts of God"; which may include, but are not limited to, supply chain issues, mandatory shutdowns, fires, or natural disasters. If such conditions arise, both parties may agree on a new completion date. Alternatively, the buyer has the option to cancel the build, in which case all funds will be refunded within 30 days of the refusal, with the exception of a 20%  cancellation fee based on the funds amount be returned.

""WARRANTY""
The buyer receives a one-year warranty covering material defects and construction issues. All warranty repairs must be performed at an Earth First Campers facility in Colorado.

**CANCELLATION/REFUND:**
The buyer may cancel the order at any time before milestone #2 is reached. Cancellations made after such milestone will result in a refund within 30 day and is subject to a 20% cancellation fee based on the refunded amount.
