How do I get a Tag-Along?
We invite you to explore our website, check out the available options, and choose the RTT option to pair with your Tag-Along platform. Once you’re, simply request a firm quote using "Quote" form page—it's super easy!

Do you provide delivery?
While we do not delivery services, we’re happy to support any delivery arrangements you make. Most drive out to pick-up their TAG-ALONG and make the return journey an adventure, camping along the way often with huge detours and not rush to get home. It's a great way to kick off your TAG-ALONG ownership.

Where will I pick up my Tag-Along?
Pick-up is available at our facility in the beautiful town of Dacono, Colorado.

How do I pay for my order?
We an easy and low-risk payment plan structured around four milestones in your build order: - 30% at the time order to reserve your spot in our schedule - 30% when we reach 50% build completion - Balance due upon pick-up.

Do you offer rooftop tents?

Will you attach my rooftop tent?
Yes, we require this for liability reasons. More information can be found on our RTTs.

How do I power my TAG-ALONG?
The TAG-ALONG is designed to accept a power station, providing both 12V and 11V throughout the trailer. There’s also a 110V port connect shore power directly to your power bank for charging, all without needing to open the utility door. We can recommend the best power station for your needs as well.

Are there color options other than white?
"Desert Tan" is available as the 2026 color option, but many owners choose to customize their Tag-Along builds with wraps for unique colors and graphics. Inquire about this when requesting a build quote.

Is there an option for a stove top?
You can select from a solid surface, fire pit, or a 2-burner stove top insert. options can be requested within the quote form.

Where does the water from the front deck shower area go?
The front bathroom area is designed as a wet basin with water draining around the floor perimeter to the ground. Since it’s gray water, there’s no need for collection. Unlike most portable camper showers, you won't be standing in water or mud when showering, and a shower mat outside will keep things tidy.

What are the solar connection parameters?
We do not provide a trailer solar port, as your power station will have that connection and is easily accessible without removing the power station.

Where does the stove or fire pit get its fuel?
Fuel for the stove or fire pit is supplied by any sized standard LP tank available anywhere.

What is the cargo capacity of the trailer? The static load capacity at camp is 500 lbs (when the trailer is not in motion), while the dynamic load for cargo is estimated at 150 lbs (when the trailer is in motion).

What is the tires and their rating?
The tires are ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13" Black Mod Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 N-rated for speeds up to 87 mph with wide tread for traction in wet or dry.

Can you provide information on the suspension?
The suspension features a solid axle leaf spring configuration, solid on the highway and confident on moderate terrain.

Is it light enough to tow with my small car? Typical weight ranges from 900 to 1200 lbs, depending on the RTT, water tank level, and your camping gear. Most small cars should handle this without issues, but be sure to check your car and hitch's tow rating.

How much does towing affect the range of an EV?
We've noticed a range impact between 5% to 30%, depending on terrain, with losses on inclines and gains on declines and often balances out to no change on mountain trips.

Can I have a refrigerator or freezer installed?
Yes, the front tray can accommodate most appliances with size limitations of 21.75" W x 14.75" H x 39" L. Both 12 and 110 power options are available at the tray and we are here to receive your fridge and install it.

Will my RTT fit on the Tagong?
Will need to review your RTT for fitment and provide an installation quote.

What size receiver is on the trailer?
The receiver accepts a standard 17/8" ball. We have not found a 2" ball tongue that fits, however the trailer does not require it due to its lightweight design
