• How quickly can I get my Tag-Along?

  • We are currently taking orders for completion in time for spring. If you need it sooner, we may be able to arrange an expedited schedule.
     

• Can I buy an already built Tag-Along?

  • Currently have no inventory available, but we can build a new Gen 3 with an early spring due date, or sooner if needed.
     

• How do get a Tag-Along?

  • We invite you to our website where you can explore base prices, discover available options, and find all the details on how to pair the RTT with your Tag-Along platform. Once you’re ready, feel free to request a firm quote using the RFQ form page—it's super easy!
     

• Do you provide delivery?

  • We do not offer delivery services, but we are happy to assist with any delivery service you arrange. Most new Tag-Along owners make an adventure of out and camping their way, with a few detours along the way. It's not a bad way to start off your spring adventures.
     

• Where would be picked up?

  • Pick-up is at our facility in Dacono, Colorado.
     

• How do I pay for my order?

  • We have structured a low risk and easy payment plan based on four milestones within your builds order.

    • 25% at time of order to reserve a spot within our schedule

    • 25% once we stat your build

    • 25% once we have reached 50% build completion

    • balance due when you pick it up
       

• Do you provide RTTs?

  • At this time, we do not. Our business model allows you to customize your final Tag-Along investment. You can repurpose your existing RTT, choose the you want, and manage your spending.

    • If you're looking for a new RTT we can assist you in your purchasing process. you already have an RTT, it can be easily attached to a vehicle.

    • If you want your Tag-Along ready for camping at pickup, we can order your RTT and have it shipped to us. Just let us know your desired purchase, and we will invoice you accordingly.

    • If you prefer, we can attach it for you (the cost for this will be quoted based on logistics and RTT design).
       

• Will you attach my RTT?

  • We can attach your RTT to your Tag-Along. The process is straightforward, similar to it on a car rack, and be done with two or three people. If you bring your RTT to our facility or have it drop shipped to us, we can quote you for the attachment service, typically costing $150 or less.
     

• Are there color options other then white?

  • At this time only white is available, but owners are requesting wraps to customize color and add graphics to the their Tag-Along builds. As us about this when your requesting a build quote.
     

• Is there an option for a stove top?

  • Standard Tag-Along base features a solid surface, but you can choose to a fire pit or stove burner. All available options can be found on our "options" page.
     

• Where does the front deck shower area water go?

  • The front bathroom area is designed as a wet basin, the water drains out around the floor perimeter to the ground. Since it is gray water, there's no need for collection. Unlike most all portable camper showers, you not standing in it when showering and with a nice shower mat awaiting you outside you should not be stepping in it either.
     

• What are the solar connection parameters?

  • The standard connection is an SAE 2 pin, compatible with most portable solar panel/controller systems.
     

• Where does the stove or fire pit get its fuel?

  • Fuel for the stove or fire pit is provided by your standard LP tank, or an we offer if you do not have one.
     

• If I don't opt for a stove or fire pit, can that space under be used for storage?

  • Yes, you can utilize that space for storage, with the storage opening beside the drawer.
     

• What is the cargo capacity/payload of the trailer?

  • Static load capacity of 500 lbs above your final build configuration including the RTT weight. *static = load when trailer is not in motion

  • Dynamic load rating for cargo atop of the trailer is estimated at 150lbs.
    * Dynamic = load when trailer is in motion.
     

• What is the tire rating?

  • 990lbs/each (1800lbs total)
     

• Can you provide any information on the suspension?

  • The suspension a solid axle leaf spring configuration.

• Do you offer a warranty on the frame?

  • Yes, we provide a one-year warranty covering parts labor. We stand by our design and fabrication.
     

• Is it light enough to tow with my small car?

  • Your small car should handle this without any issues, but please check the tow rating for your car and the hitch rating.
     

• How much does towing affect the range of EV?

  • We've observed a range impact between 5% to 30%, depending on the terrain, i.e. loss on inclines and gain on declines.
     

• Do you have an option for a refrigerator or possible freezer?

  • Right now, we don’t have a fridge available but don’t worry – we’re on it! Once it’s all set up, we’ll be offering it as an upgrade for the builds we’re currently working on. Our amazing Tag-Along community has been buzzing about wanting power connections in the front deck area to support their portable fridges and power stations, so we'll make that happen for your build upon request.
     

• Will my RTT fit on the Tag-Along?

  • The XL RTTs typically have a 52" width and are compatible with our platform; however, it will exceed the side edges of the trailer top by 2" on either side (door sides) as the is 48". This does not cause any functional issues, just something cosmetic to be aware of,
     

• What size receiver is on the trailer?

  • The receiver accepts a standard1 7/8" ball. If needed, we can offer a 2" ball receiver through a special request on your order.
